Please FIRST review the WCCA Covenants. (Article VI, Sections 1-7) found HERE or on your PayHOA Account and any applicable specific guidance which can be found on PayHOA under HERE.
Completely fill out the Exterior Alteration Application with signatures and date.
Describe in full detail the proposed exterior change or modification.
Attach a sketch showing the change/modification including the dimensions, type of materials, and a copy of your plat with the exact location of the change/modification. Include a paint or stain sample. Other acceptable additional exhibits are sketches, pictures, drawings, clippings, or catalog illustrations.
Submit completed application on your PayHOA account under "Architectural Requests"
The ARB has 60 days to respond to an application, but we strive to review it as soon as it is received. The more information you send, the quicker we can act on your application. Please complete and submit an application to the ARB well in advance to avoid delays to the beginning of your project.
