On behalf of the Board of Directors, welcome to our community website. Feel free to explore the features available on this site. You can begin the process for gaining approval for an exterior alteration, read past newsletters, and contact us.
Your Waverly Crossing Community Association is entirely volunteer run. We do however use an online company, PayHOA.com, to manage bill payments, dues, community requests and other record keeping. Please note that ALL PAYMENTs and TRANSACTIONs will be ELECTRONIC in order to minimize the time spent by our volunteer board. Every homeowner MUST create an account on PayHOA.com and will pay their yearly dues online. For Instructions on how to set up your account click the link below.

The Waverly Crossing Community Association communicates to its members primarily through email. Please ensure that your email address is up-to-date in PayHOA and add a second email if you don't already have one. Additionally, please check your spam folder as sometimes WCCA emails have gone into the spam abyss.
Many have noticed that there are quite a few potholes in our neighborhood. Our roads are maintained by the state and we figure the best way for them to take notice is to be the squeaky wheel. If you notice a pothole in our neighborhood, please report the problem to VDOT. You can call 1-800-FOR-ROAD (1-800-367-7623) or fill out a form at https://my.vdot.virginia.gov to report any road maintenance issues.
